Terms of
service.

Effective July 27, 2026

By booking or paying for Le Monde services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
01

Seasonal, bespoke service

Menus are created around the season, available produce, guest preferences, and disclosed dietary needs. Ingredients and dishes may change when availability, quality, safety, or logistics require it. Reasonable substitutions may be made while preserving the intended level and character of the experience.

02

Allergies and dietary disclosure

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information about all guest allergies, intolerances, medical dietary restrictions, and preferences. Our preparation environment and suppliers handle common allergens, including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. We take disclosed allergies seriously, but cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment or eliminate all risk of cross-contact.

03

Location, access, and delivery

You are responsible for accurate event information and for providing safe, lawful, and timely access to the delivery or service location. Delivery, travel, parking, access, and other location-based charges may be added separately when applicable.

04

Assumption of risk

Food consumption and hosted events involve inherent risks, including allergic reactions, food sensitivities, accidents, and risks created by the event premises or by third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume those risks, particularly risks arising from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied to us.

05

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Le Monde and its owners, staff, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising from an event or booking will not exceed the amount paid to Le Monde for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

06

Individual dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. Except for claims eligible for small claims court, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, unresolved disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in New York County, New York. You and Le Monde waive trial by jury and participation in a class, collective, or representative action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

07

Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent.
