Pour nos partenaires · Venues & planners

Built to work in your room.

For venues, event planners, and partners deciding whether to put our name in front of a client. Everything you need to make that call is on this page.

Ce qu’il faut savoir

What a venue needs to know.

The six things we are asked before any booking is confirmed.

We don’t need your kitchen.

Most of our work is in galleries, historic houses, lofts, and gardens with a sink and a cooler at best. We arrive with our own equipment and prep accordingly.

We bring our own staff.

Setup, service, and clear-down are ours to run. Your team should not end up plating, and your renter should not end up managing us.

Family-style or plated.

Family-style delivery is included. Plated on-site service with our staff is available on Le Plat and La Dégustation for an additional $10 per person.

Licensed, insured, documented.

We carry the licensing and insurance a venue expects, and we will name your organisation as additional insured on a certificate before the date.

Menus follow the market.

We rebuild menus weekly around what is genuinely at market. A September event on your grounds reads nothing like one in February — and that is the point.

Allergies handled properly.

Dietary requirements and full vegetarian or vegan menus are built as menus in their own right, not as a plate set aside at the end of service.

Questions fréquentes

Before you recommend us.

Can we add you to our preferred caterer list?

Yes, and it is the main reason this page exists. Send whatever vendor paperwork you require — COI, licensing, W-9, references — and we will return it the same week.

Our venue has no commercial kitchen. Is that a problem?

No. It is the normal condition of the venues we work in. Tell us what you do have — power, water, a prep surface, a cooler — and we will plan the menu against it.

How much lead time do you need?

Seven to ten days is comfortable for most events. Shorter notice is often possible; because we buy weekly rather than to a fixed list, a late booking is a scheduling question rather than a sourcing one.

What are your minimums?

L’Entrée requires 40 guests or $1,000 before delivery and taxes. Le Plat and La Dégustation carry a $150 minimum order.

Do you handle alcohol service?

Tell us what your venue and its licence require and we will be straightforward about what we can and cannot cover, rather than agreeing first and discovering the problem later.

Can we taste the food before recommending you?

Please do. We will cook a tasting for your events team at no cost and no obligation. It is the fastest way to judge whether we belong on your list.

Two ways to start.

Take the partner introduction away with you, or ask us to cook. Both are free and neither commits you to anything.
